Charles Medalie, Licensed Real Estate Broker
Charles is licensed as a real estate broker in Florida, Georgia, Ohio, Tennessee, Nevada, and Utah, and holds a managing broker license in Illinois. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and a Master's degree from S.U.N.Y. at Buffalo.
For nearly 40 years, Charles has been an equity investor in real estate projects. During that same period, he served as Chief Executive Officer of a small, family-owned retail clothing chain in upstate New York, retiring in 2008. After a short retirement, he returned to his passion for real estate investment full time.
Charles now specializes in Broker of Record services, currently serving as Qualifying Broker for firms across the United States. His approach carries the same core belief that guided his family's retail business: service and integrity in every client relationship.
Ralph Harvey, Licensed Real Estate Broker
Ralph has been a licensed real estate broker for approximately 20 years. For five consecutive years, he's been recognized by RealTrends as the 2nd or 3rd highest-producing realtor in the United States. He is currently licensed as a real estate broker in 25 states and Washington, D.C.
In 2023 alone, Ralph recorded 2,692 transaction sides totaling $826.4 million in sales volume, according to RealTrends Verified data, among the highest production volumes of any listing-only agent in the country.
Ralph is known for staying ahead of industry change rather than reacting to it. He's been featured in Yahoo Finance and HousingWire discussing the National Association of Realtors' commission lawsuit settlement and how listing agents are adapting their practices, and describes his own firm as built around technology at its core, having developed systems that automatically identify local compliance requirements based on a property's address.
He's easy to work with, genuinely enjoys sharing what he's learned, and stays open to new ideas, technology, and anything that improves how real estate transactions get done.
OUR APPROACH
Every recommendation we make starts with keeping your firm in compliance with state licensing rules. From there, our job is to stay out of your way. We don't hold equity in the firms we represent, we don't get involved in your money, and we don't pretend to have market expertise we don't have. Real estate is local, and while we know the regulatory landscape inside and out, we leave market-specific guidance to you and your agents.
OUR MISSION
Helping You Control Your Destiny
We believe retaining a Qualifying Broker and opening your own firm should mean freedom, not more overhead. That's why our fees are flat, we take no equity in your business, and we're available same-day, often immediately, for questions that matter to your operations.
